About
Hi, I'm Alex!
Although it sounds cliché, it's true that I've always been obsessed with animals - I grew up watching Animal Planet and reading almost nothing but animal rescue stories, and Much Ado About Fluffin' pet care is a perfect culmination of everything I'm passionate about.
After spending five years struggling to graduate from uni, I finally got my physics degree, moved back to Worcester with my wonderful partner, and realised I'd been putting off working with my true calling for my whole life until this point!
Having spent the last five years caring for other people's pets, as well as having animals for most of my childhood, I already had the skills to support the dream.
On top of that, I'm Level 3 Pet First Aid certified (including Canine and Feline First Aid and CPR), fully insured, DBS cleared, NarpsUK registered and currently enrolled to study canine behaviour as part of my dedication to excellent care. I'm always looking for ways to be better and keep those in my care safer, because the welfare of your pet comes first, always.
I can administer oral medication, have experience handling senior, anxious and characterful dogs of most sizes, a soft spot for shy cats and a love all of creatures.
Setting up this little business has been a dream come true, and I'm so grateful to every single person so far who's entrusted me with their beloved pets and supported small and local.
I look forward to meeting you and your animal companions!
