I cover up to around two miles from the town centre for pop-ins and walks, and up to ten miles for house sits. I'll also consider house-sits further away if they're three nights or more, and depending on needs and circumstances.

No, unless it's an exceptional emergency. Meet and greets help me learn about your pets, let get them used to me, and allow you to judge if you're comfortable with me being their carer. It's very important for everyone involved!

Not at the moment. I can still house-sit for various portions of the day or drop by to do check-ins whenever works for you!

Pet carers only need to be licenced for daycare and boarding, which are not services I offer. I have fulfilled all the legal requirements to offer the best care for your pet.

Absolutely! I keep plants as a hobby and would confidently be able to care for any that needed tending to during check-ins or house sits. I can make sure you don't miss bin day and that your parcels are safely recieved. I'd be happy to cater to any requests you have, no matter how specific.

Yes, absolutely, unless you've offered me explicit permission and met any potential visitors. Your house will be treated with absolute respect, and any visitors will be cleared ahead of time. This also prioritises the wellbeing of your pets by not exposing them to unknown people!

For my safety and the safety of your pets, all visits must be pre-arranged and approved by both of us. This includes friends, family and professionals (eg. repairs). Any unexpected visitors will be turned away for safeguarding. I will also not house-sit with other residents present for the same reasons.

I provide onboarding forms to comprehensively ensure the safety of both me and your pet, and in the case of house sitting, to provide peace of mind that the sit will go precisely as you want it to. I understand it may look like a lot, but the more information, the more your pet will benefit!

For bookings of £30 and under (e.g. dog walking), payment must be made before the service begins.

For all bookings over £30 (e.g. house sitting), a 50% deposit will be requested at the time of booking, refundable up to 48 hours before the start time of the service for cancellations or rescheduling. The remainder can be paid any time up to and including at the start of the service.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, check, PayPal invoice, or in cash.

Yes! I can't offer care for horses, reptiles requiring specialist knowledge or animals that require live feeding, but I'm happy to care for all other small household pets.
